Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Excellence Professional to drive actions that analyze, optimize, and standardize cross-functional processes. This role is pivotal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, building scalable processes, and driving structured improvement.

About the Role

In this position, you will improve, optimize, and standardize processes across teams, ensuring sustainable, high-performing operational foundations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, design and implement process improvements, and embed a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Improve and optimize processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality
  • Identify, assess, and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation
  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks to enable teams to work consistently and efficiently
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions
