Lead Brand Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the direction, growth, and expansion of our brand.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Brand Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance positioning and increase market presence.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and business growth.
  • Making data-driven decisions on product assortment, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Overseeing seasonal sell-through to ensure an optimal product mix.
Operations & Store Development:
  • Conducting brand and product training for retail staff.
  • Ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across stores and touchpoints.
  • Exploring new retail opportunities to expand brand visibility.
  • Serving as the key liaison with principals on new collections, pricing, and orders.
  • Managing client and principal concerns to maintain satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with vendors and agencies for marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Assessing seasonal product performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Optimizing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
  • Utilizing customer insights and feedback to guide marketing decisions.
Business Planning & Financial Management:
  • Preparing business plans, proposals, and reports for management and principals.
  • Managing marketing budgets, operational spend, and capital expenditures.
  • Evaluating profitability across channels and recommending growth strategies.
Merchandising & Inventory Coordination:
  • Collaborating with the Merchandising/Buying team on allocations, promotions, and sell-through optimization.
Brand Marketing & Strategy:
  • Leading integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, events).
  • Conducting market research and trend analysis to guide decisions.
  • Managing media planning, content development, and brand activations.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring team members and partners to achieve business goals.
  • Aligning strategies with Operations, Merchandising, and Finance teams.
  • Implementing performance management and discipline as needed.
