About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Media Assistant to support our digital marketing team in executing and managing social media advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across major paid platforms who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

  • Assist in setting up ads across self-service platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Prepare proofs, screenshots, and review documents for client and internal approval.
  • Manage internal and client-facing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, approvals, and optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation (proofs, screenshots, campaign records).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
