Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving customer orders in a timely manner, and addressing customer feedback in a constructive and respectful way.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Feedback and Resolution: Address customer feedback in a constructive and respectful way, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other store areas as needed, including assisting with food preparation, maintaining inventory, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach is essential for this role, as you will be working directly with customers on a daily basis.
  • Patient and Willing to Learn: You must be patient and willing to learn, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment and may encounter new situations and challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be attentive to details, including cleanliness and safety protocols, to ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
