As an Appraiser, you will be responsible for conducting thorough appraisals of moderate to complex properties, gathering market data, and preparing comprehensive reports. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our clients' needs and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and scrutinize requests for appraisal from various units within the bank to ensure they meet all necessary criteria.
- Conduct appraisals of complex real properties located in diverse geographical areas, considering local market conditions and trends.
- Verify property ownership through meticulous title verification processes.
- Determine the precise location of properties subject to appraisal using approved plans.
- Inspect properties presented for collateral, sale, or acquisition purposes, taking note of any factors that may influence their value.
- Investigate market data on comparable properties to inform appraisal values.
- Delve into market data to determine fair and accurate appraisal values for properties.
- Compile and submit detailed appraisal reports to the relevant approving authority for review and approval.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Engineering or Real Estate Management is highly recommended.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in property valuation is essential.
- Exceptional appraisal skills, combined with a solid understanding of technical and property laws, are crucial for success in this role.
