As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in the success of our operations. This exciting opportunity is for a Hub Coordinator, responsible for assisting in day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
  • Create, review, and validate Hub reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  • Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder or equivalent experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution.
  • At least 3 years related experience in Operations Management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and adherence to company policies and procedures.
