Job Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our development organization in a Scaled Agile environment. This is a stimulating opportunity for you to work with a team of software developers to deliver high-quality process automation products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A member of a self-organizing, multi-functional Agile team, delivering high-quality product increments in short iterations.
  • Participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
  • Defining test plans and strategies and performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Crafting and developing test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the SDLC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities (e.g., requirements analysis, tool development, CI/CD support).
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
