About the Role

We are building a high-impact automation team focused on HR needs. We work closely with HR teams, listening to their challenges and delivering solutions that create exceptional employee experiences.

As an Automation Developer, you will be trusted to deliver complex automation solutions that bring real transformation to HR processes. Using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish — designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make our services faster and more engaging for employees.

Focus Areas & Deliverables

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.

  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.

  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform.

  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
