Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a hub, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This involves managing a team of employees, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Work Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and increasing productivity.
