We are seeking a skilled and creative Mold and Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative products and developing precise mold designs that support manufacturing processes. This role requires expertise in CAD software, knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality designs.

  • Develop 2D and 3D product designs using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, or similar).
  • Create prototypes and refine product designs based on functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Design injection molds, blow molds, compression molds, or other tooling required for production.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation for mold fabrication.
  • Analyze mold flow, cooling, ejection, and gating systems to optimize performance and minimize defects.
  • Collaborate with toolmakers and suppliers to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews.
  • Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of molds and products.
  • Suggest design improvements to reduce production costs and improve product quality.
  • Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing.
  • Provide technical guidance during production ramp-up and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
