Technical Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from interpreting briefs to executing PMP deals.

  • Campaign Setup & Audience Creation:
    • Create audience segments in one platform based on client specifications
    • Automatically generate PMP Deal IDs
    • Curate inventory packages aligned with target segments
  • Tech Configuration & QA:
    • Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs
    • Conduct campaign QA and secure internal sign-off
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP):
    • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds
    • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor setup errors
    • Troubleshoot issues across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor live campaign metrics and produce reports
    • Adjust bids, caps, and inventory to optimize performance
  • Marginal Management:
    • Track campaign margins and propose optimizations to protect profitability
  • Client Support & Escalations:
    • Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Research and document new techniques
    • Share best practices and train peers

We are looking for someone with deep expertise in DSPs and SSPs. A strong understanding of ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and QA processes is required. Excellent communication skills for technical translation are essential.
