Financial operations span multiple entities, starting with the Australian division and expanding to European operations. This role offers growth opportunities, mastery of various accounting systems, and international business experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/Account Administrator to manage financial operations across entities. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Dext and Xero, strong Excel skills, especially vlookup, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include processing accounts payable invoices and payments, handling accounts receivable sales entries and statements, downloading and preparing financial reports from various systems, performing data entry and maintaining records in accounting systems, and generating and distributing financial statements.

The successful candidate will be a quick learner of new accounting systems, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, professional English communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Scope of the role includes full-time hours (40 hours/week), initial focus on Australian operations, potential expansion to European operations, use of multiple accounting systems, managing international financial operations, coordinating across time zones, and supporting month-end and periodic reports.
