Front Office Analytics and Access Management Specialist

Candidate Profile: Highly skilled professional with at least two years of experience in finance, sales, and services either within or outside of Lexmark. Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team with diverse backgrounds and effectively prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects and continuous improvement initiatives, understanding and documenting business requirements/solutions, proposing and reviewing solution designs with business for sign-off, performing knowledge transfer to IT AMS, providing training to business key-users/super-users, developing and executing test plans, and level 3 production support of critical incidents when required.
- Key Requirements:
- BS degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science
- Knowledgeable on D365, PowerBI, or any Business Intelligence reporting tool
- Experience in D365 Sales and Services processes is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
