- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to use our products successfully.

- Document all interactions with customers in our system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
