Global Solutions Architect Job

    Degreed is looking for a skilled Global Solutions Architect to join our growing team in APJ. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with potential clients on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
Required Skills:
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
