Job Description:
This role involves providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful operation of our IT Support/Helpdesk team, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service and resolving complex technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with product development and other internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Collaborate with the Desktop Support/IT Support Team to develop solutions and implement changes
