Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process financial documents, including check vouchers, accounts payable vouchers, and journal vouchers.
  • Verify the validity of all payables to suppliers before preparing check vouchers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including schedules and breakdowns of oils, services, and movement of inside parts.
  • Responsible for receiving stock deliveries, maintaining stock cards, and monitoring daily inventory movements.
  • Order or issue purchase orders to suppliers on a site-by-site basis.
  • Encode Point of Sale (POS) transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform monthly inventory checks with SSA and Head Office personnel.

Requirements:
