We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Coordinator to manage faculty programs and student activities related to the Emerging Media and Communication field.

This role involves overseeing academic loads, managing onboarding and off-boarding processes, and developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Computer Science, Electronic and Multimedia Computing, or a related field, and at least 3 years of industry experience in game development, game design, and/or game production.

A background or experience in the academic field is an added advantage. Strong knowledge and passion for technology, game development, game design, and esports are essential.

The Program Coordinator will also be responsible for observing online classes and providing feedback to instructors for improvement, collaborating with the program head to conduct regular curriculum reviews, revisions, and development, and ensuring that all college programs and courses deeply incorporate the development of soft skills and values.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English, and adaptability to new tools and processes.

Requirements:

  • Rélevant Bachelor's or Post-graduate Degree in Computer Science, Electronic and Multimedia Computing, or related fields.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for technology, game development, game design, and esports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
