Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies and enhance employee productivity across our organization.

This role is crucial in streamlining work processes and improving collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research industry trends and identify opportunities for reapplication of workplace solutions within our organization.
  • Analyze current solution utilization and establish adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance for key activities.
  • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for end-user inquiries and issues.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent level of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment as a team player.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
