Job Description:

We seek an experienced professional with strong database management skills, excellent reporting capabilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work, identify areas for improvement, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business data reporting, BI dashboards, and data analysis solutions to support both internal teams and clients.

  • Analyze and optimize the efficiency of company databases and data flows across all functions.

  • Perform tasks related to Business Intelligence, data integration, and automation as required.

  • Design and maintain database queries and report writing using BrightGauge.

  • Support application development and script writing as part of data integration efforts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in database management, BI reporting, and data integration.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (such as PowerShell) for automation and data processing.

  • Relevant degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).

  • Ability to attend regular meetings in the USA Eastern time zone.

  • Background check and pre-employment screening.

  • Reliable internet access.
