Senior Finance Expert

BH Properties seeks a Credit Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in credit analysis.
As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess client creditworthiness. You will also prepare detailed credit analyses and risk assessments for new and existing clients, collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure deals that align with company risk tolerance, and monitor client portfolios and identify potential credit risks or deteriorating financial conditions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, and 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis is required, as well as familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and high attention to detail and strong organizational skills are preferred.
