Job Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced CI Appraiser to join our team, responsible for verifying credit worthiness of loan applicants and evaluating collateral for loans.
  • The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough verification of loan applications, including documentation checks with private and government agencies.
  • Evaluate collateral for loans, ensuring acceptability per bank policy and fair values through systematic analysis.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Economics background course.
  • At least 1 year experience as a CI Appraiser in a banking or appraisal firm.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and written skills.
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage.
