About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing comprehensive financial reports for individual subsidiaries and the overarching Group. This includes the project management of financial statement audits, collaborating closely with external auditors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and oversee the financial statements for subsidiaries and the Group.
  2. Coordinate extensively with subsidiary and Group finance reporting teams to gather, validate, and reconcile financial information.
  3. Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
  4. Compile financial statements compliant with relevant reporting standards, with the support of the finance team.
  5. Manage external auditors to meet critical reporting deadlines throughout the year (subsidiaries and Group audit in various locations).

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification required (CPA or equivalent).
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in financial reporting with an audit firm.
  • Expertise in multinational corporate environments is a plus.
