Job Overview

Operational Reliability Lead

The Operational Reliability Lead oversees the maintenance of all ground support equipment (GSE) and vehicles to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

This role leads and supervises maintenance supervisors in their teams to meet operational goals. Key responsibilities include providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to supervisors, ensuring clear task delegation, defined responsibilities, and timely completion of maintenance activities.

The Operational Reliability Lead must promote adherence to Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards in line with regulations and company policies. This involves monitoring and enforcing safety practices to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

The role also requires ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, assisting in developing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules for all GSE and vehicles.

Additionally, the Operational Reliability Lead oversees and manages inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials to support continuous operations, collaborating with supervisors to monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.

Key qualifications for this role include a graduate degree in Automotive Engineering or related field, NC I, II, and III certifications in Automotive Servicing, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with knowledge of GSE maintenance, automotive systems, and safety standards.
