Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the outflow of financial resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable processes using BILL
  • Reviewing and verifying bills and check requests
  • Enforcing payment terms
  • Maintaining accurate and complete vendor records
  • Preparing and maintaining accounts payable reports
