Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the effectiveness of training activities.

About This Role:
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to monitor training activities and outcomes.
  • Develop and administer pre- and post-training assessments, surveys, and feedback tools to gather participant data.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and participant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organized databases and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
