Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient productivity, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting delivered automobiles for physical damage or cracks before unloading at the storage facility
  • Overseeing warehouse productivity, assessing, and documenting results
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting pertinent data, and preparing for future documentation
  • Daily inspection of warehouse grounds to ensure safety and security
  • Monitoring vehicle movement in and out of the warehouse
  • Fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned to maintain high service quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in vehicle warehousing environment, preferably in banks, financing companies, or car dealerships
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle
  • Personal vehicle, preferably a motorcycle, is an advantage
  • Ability to work in Carmona, Cavite
