Trade and Cash Operations Specialist

Enhance trade and cash operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions in AABOR. Capture data from various sources, book derivative transactions into the accounting system, and collaborate with onshore teams to ensure accurate data is recorded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process transaction instructions from teams and custodians.
  • Work closely with Reconciliation, Middle Office, and other parties to resolve cash and position breaks.
  • Validate BBH cash and positions breaks to ensure proposed adjustments are accurate.
  • Process capital stock, trades, management fees, and derivatives in AABOR with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation within existing procedures and processes.
  • Stay updated on relevant securities industry developments and market-specific best practices.
  • Support team members as needed, participate in regular training, and cross-train for continuity of service.
  • Manage fund events requiring updates in Informatica, seed capital, and TIK/RIK processing.
  • Accurately and timely book dividend distributions and reinvestments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA board exam passer or CISI preferred.
  • Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of securities instruments, settlements, and investment processes.
