Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Daily Responsibilities:
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette to deliver exceptional customer service on incoming calls for various cases and projects.
  • Communicate effectively and address customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and resolve problems. Escalate calls as needed.
  • Document all calls appropriately and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and follow structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions as required.
  • Perform other general tasks as necessary or required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • At least one year of customer service experience, or call center experience, and desktop applications experience.
  • Effective communication and literacy skills. Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy.
  • Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and target language.
  • Ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, ability to open several applications at one time, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quality customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
