Caption Lead Opportunity

Shape the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms as a key member of our captioning team.

We are seeking an experienced Caption Lead to spearhead our high-volume, creative environment. This role is critical in ensuring every caption not only sounds authentic but drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft Engaging Captions: Write persuasive and engaging captions for various content types, reflecting the unique voice and brand of each assigned model.
  2. Develop Model Voice Profiles: Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model, then train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.
  3. Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows: Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for caption creation, review, and scheduling, collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards.
  4. Content Calendar & Coordination: Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions, anticipating high-traffic content periods and preparing ahead.
  5. Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven: Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language, keeping captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant while collaborating with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance.

To be successful, you must have at least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms, strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.

Preferred qualifications include experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries, a background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing, previous exposure to adult-themed content, and experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles.
