Content Creation Specialist

 

The primary goal of this role is to create captivating visual content that resonates with our audience. This involves crafting innovative video concepts, designing engaging graphics, and collaborating with the creative team to bring new ideas to life.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand's voice and aesthetic, ensuring all content aligns with our overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and pitch video ideas, graphic designs, and other visual content concepts.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit high-quality videos for various social media platforms, ensuring they meet our brand's standards.
  • Design graphics, memes, and Instagram story visuals using Canva and Adobe Illustrator, adhering to our brand's style guide.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, incorporating them into our content to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of content, maintaining a high level of quality throughout the process.
  • Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions to refine video ideas, graphic designs, and other visual content concepts.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro required).
  • Graphic design skills (Canva + Illustrator preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, ensuring all content meets our brand's high standards.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Proficiency in AI tool experience (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Google V3) is highly desirable.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills are also a plus.
