About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer fulfillment team, you will be responsible for accurately and timely receiving and processing customer orders, as well as resolving internal and external customer queries.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage customer orders, anticipating and solving issues related to order fulfillment.
- Liaise with customers to coordinate delivery dates based on stock availability and prioritize destinations during reception windows.
- Day-to-day liaison between logistics service providers (LSPs) and local country teams (Sales, Logistics & Finance Departments).
- Evaluate and escalate stock allocation and customer service issues to Team Leaders for resolution.
- Develop and implement action plans to eliminate source problems in customer inquiry resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and efficiencies.
- Conduct trade visits with sales representatives and represent SSC locally as necessary.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain customer service performance reporting systems to support efficient business management.
- A college degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/order management.
- Strong English communication skills.
