Role Overview

As a Virtual Design Collaborator, you will create custom designs for products like murals, wallpapers, pillows, and blankets. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is essential for customizing these products based on customer specifications. You will collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and optimize digital files for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Organize and manage design assets for easy accessibility.
  • Implement precise color management techniques for consistency across outputs.
  • Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for collateral.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
