Job Title: Strategy and Projects

A strategic thinker and project manager is required to drive business growth and efficiency in our sorting centers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry. They will be responsible for implementing initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple objectives and manage competing demands.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent, and at least 3-5 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement initiatives to improve sorting center productivity and reduce lead times
  • Monitor manpower supply/demand trends and ensure headcount commitment from agencies
  • Perform analysis on arrival curve and machine throughput to suggest appropriate shift timing and manpower plan
  • Develop and implement volume ramp-up plans and network changes for sorting centers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple objectives and manage competing demands
