Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the analysis and implementation of business solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business problems and develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs). You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing BRDs that are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a business analyst with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).
