Property accountants are highly skilled professionals responsible for managing financial data and preparing accurate reports. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate release of monthly financial statements.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills to manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing effective collection policies to maximize revenue and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for depositing collections intact within set deadlines, while also maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The successful applicant will be tasked with compiling comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and accounts receivable aging.
  • In addition, you will be required to update audited financial statements and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Fulfillment of 100% BIR returns and other government agency requirements is essential, as well as preparation of income tax returns, VAT returns, and withholding tax returns.
  • You will also assist in preparing and reviewing annual budgets, ensuring that our financial goals are aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Last but not least, you will be responsible for managing property expenses through compliance with procurement and disbursement processes, performing other related duties as assigned by management.
