Job Overview
As a Security Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of information security and physical security policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information, networks, and systems.
This includes managing enterprise security compliance requirements, developing awareness programs, and conducting research to enhance system security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all enterprise security compliance requirements and certifications.
- Lead audits and coordinate with internal teams.
- Develop and implement corporate security and compliance awareness programs.
- Conduct research to support system security and compliance enhancement efforts.
- Ensure security compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
- Assist in developing security operations procedures and processes.
- Recommend security products and tools to mitigate risk.
- Work with security engineers to configure security platforms.
- Provide Incident Response support as needed.
- Have good experience in Data Governance and Business Impact Analysis.
- Evaluate systems using vulnerability scanners and manual techniques.
- Participate in DRP exercises and continuous improvement processes.
