Job Overview

This critical role is responsible for optimizing talent acquisition processes to attract and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain efficient TA workflows, documentation and compliance strategies.

  • Manage and optimize ATS and other TA-related technologies to enhance candidate experience.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within TA systems.

  • Oversee vendor relationships related to TA.

  • Coordinate recruitment events and activities.

  • Deliver training and resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing and recruitment processes.

  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technologies.

  • Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics.

  • Track and report on recruitment expenses and identify areas for cost savings.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives.

  • Manage online presence on career sites and social media platforms.

  • Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.

  • Participate in industry events to enhance employer brand.

  • Regularly analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes and candidate experience.

  • Implement data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Conduct regular audits of TA processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

  • Proactively identify, evaluate and implement automation and AI solutions to enhance TA efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth pre-hire onboarding experience.

  • Oversee the offer letter process, contract signing and background checks.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and start date.

  • Develop world-class pre-hire onboarding experiences and processes.

  • Develop and maintain key TA metrics and dashboards to track performance against goals.

  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and other relevant metrics.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.

  • Present TA performance data to stakeholders.

  • Oversee talent intelligence and insights.
