Key Insurance Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced commercial lines insurance specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of property & casualty (P&C) insurance policies, coverages, and products.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and markets to effectively serve clients.
  • Provide proposals and quotes for agency producers, utilizing top-rated carriers such as Auto-Owners, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, and West Bend.
  • Service existing clients through in-person, email, or telephone interactions.
  • Quote and issue new policies to meet client needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex insurance policies and requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
