Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact campaigns for clients across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have minimum five years' experience in social media marketing roles, with a focus on ANZ audiences. Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social is required.

A strong ability to analyse performance using native platform insights and reporting tools is also essential. Excellent written and spoken English for campaign copywriting and client presentations is necessary.

The role requires a fast and reliable internet connection, your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role, a quiet working environment, and a good quality microphone or headset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute high-impact social media campaigns for clients across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies, create and schedule content, manage paid social advertising and engage communities to drive measurable results.
  • Analyse performance using native platform insights and reporting tools, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Write engaging campaign copy and present findings to clients.
