We are seeking a skilled UI Designer to join our team in Melbourne. As a UI Designer, you'll play a key role in crafting visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for a wide range of digital products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-quality designs, from concept to final deliverables.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure UI designs align with user experience principles.
  • Create and maintain design systems, including style guides, colour palettes, typography, and reusable components.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
  • Stay up to date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and tools to keep designs fresh and innovative.
  • Ensure that all UI designs follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

  1. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  2. Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design work.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  5. Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistency across multiple products.
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, usable interfaces.
  8. Familiarity with usability testing and user research practices.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
