Lead Visual Designer Opportunity

We're seeking an accomplished Lead Visual Designer to spearhead our team's creative endeavors. Your mission is to translate HelloFresh's brand identity into engaging, user-centric designs that captivate millions worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust Design System library, ensuring it stays current with the latest design components, tokens, UX patterns, and meticulously documented best practices.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and clear guidelines to facilitate collaboration between designers and engineers.
  • Elevate our visual storytelling by refining user interfaces to perfectly align with HelloFresh's brand DNA.
  • Pursue continuous improvement to achieve unparalleled usability and visual appeal.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed technical specifications for seamless handoffs and mutual understanding between design and development teams.
  • Expand the existing elements of our Design System to address new design challenges and opportunities.
  • Validate design concepts through interactive prototyping, refine user flows based on real feedback, and ensure final products meet the highest standards of visual and functional excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work.
  • Mastery of industry-standard design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with design systems and ability to contribute unique perspectives and improve them.
  • Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to detail and pride in crafting flawless design solutions.
  • Strong skills in motion animation and creation of illustrations and icons to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
