The role of a Real-Time Analyst is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at MedCore. The incumbent plays a key part in monitoring attendance, productivity, and performance data, thus providing valuable insights to Client Success Managers and Operations Managers.

  • Monitoring & Analysis
    • The Real-Time Analyst reviews attendance and productivity reports from internal tools and the central Reports Team to provide actionable recommendations to Ops/CSMs and Operations Managers.
    • This involves scrutinizing real-time dashboards for team member status, productivity levels, and performance anomalies to flag critical issues immediately.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Real-time alerts are sent during shifts to help Ops/CSMs troubleshoot issues before they affect client perception.
    • Daily summary reports are prepared on attendance, productivity, and performance trends.
    • Weekly trend analyses are delivered that highlight recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • The Real-Time Analyst collaborates with Ops/CSMs to provide client-facing insights that support retention and growth efforts.
    • Corrective actions such as coaching, training, or HR escalation are recommended by the analyst.
    • Data-driven insights are consolidated into account health summaries for the Senior Director.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Accuracy and timeliness of daily reports.
    • Response time for real-time alerts to Ops/CSMs.
    • Reduction of client escalations caused by attendance/productivity issues.
    • Contribution to lowering attrition through proactive monitoring.
    • Positive feedback from CSMs and Ops Managers on usefulness of insights.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in reporting, workforce management, data analysis, or operations support is required. Experience in a BPO, healthcare, or client-facing services industry is advantageous.

Desired Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy; proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and workforce monitoring systems; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in real-time; proactive and resourceful mindset.
