Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate user requests for business process automation to determine feasibility and technical requirements.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of modules with quality in compliance with coding standards and best practices set by the team and platform architects.
  3. Conduct regular code reviews for the project.
  4. Plan, develop, test, and document software, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.
  5. Work directly with clients to understand current capabilities, present technical options, and ultimately meet program objectives.
  6. Work on medium-complexity modules and major bug fixes.
  7. Build modular components and solve problems effectively with the available resources, only customizing the product when absolutely necessary.
  8. Leveraging the Bank's automation platforms or similar framework, advance technical skills by collaborating with peers and more senior members of the team to prepare to become a Senior Business Process Automation Engineer.

Requirements

  1. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related area.
  2. Programming experience with at least two (2) years.
  3. Understanding of workflow based logic.
  4. Knowledge of APIs and databases.
  5. Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  7. Experience with the Bank's automation platforms of at least two (2) years.
