We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage our seller-sponsored affiliate program for registered Influencer Affiliates.

  • The ideal candidate will regularly review and suggest program initiatives to hit program KPIs;
  • Analyze program performance and suggest data-driven improvement plans;
  • Work closely with other teams for internal collaborations;
  • Keep updated on industry trends to ensure executions remain up-to-date and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Influencer/Creator Marketing or PR, Social Media Management;
  • Prior experience in eCommerce and Affiliate Marketing preferred;
  • Must have a solid understanding of PH influencer behaviors;
  • Excellent communication skills; proficient in both Filipino & English;
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • A data-driven & analytical thinker;
  • Reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
