Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Marketing Analyst to help us make smarter decisions, faster. You'll own the data behind our customer journey from first impression to conversion and help us understand what's working, what's not, and where the biggest growth opportunities lie.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to set up funnel tracking, evaluate creative performance, conduct competitive research, and uncover insights that fuel smarter acquisition strategies. Your work will directly influence spend allocation, campaign development, and optimization decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor full-funnel tracking from ad click to sign-up to retention

  • Create and maintain dashboards that surface conversion rates, drop-off points, and cohort behavior

  • Collaborate with growth and product teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements

  • Analyze the performance of paid media and content campaigns across channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, email)

  • Break down creative effectiveness by format, hook, CTA, and audience segment

  • Surface actionable recommendations on what's working and where to iterate

  • Monitor competitor strategies, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers

  • Compile and present intelligence that helps shape our positioning, messaging, and creative tests

  • Generate weekly/monthly marketing performance reports with both high-level summaries and deep dives

  • Work cross-functionally to connect marketing metrics with product, sales, and lifecycle KPIs

  • Help build forecasting models and identify underperforming segments
