2. Collaborate on paid advertising efforts, including ad booking and optimization on digital platforms.
3. Provide exceptional customer support via various channels.
4. Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
5. Stay informed about crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
6. Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, preferably with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi.
• Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
