The QA Coach plays a pivotal role in instilling high standards of customer care within our team. The primary objective is to improve customer satisfaction by analyzing customer interactions, presenting findings to senior leadership, and coaching the team. This position involves reviewing customer satisfaction surveys, evaluating screen recordings, achieving quality targets, and providing feedback to team leads.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a QA Coach, you will work closely with the global QA team, participate in calibration sessions, and contribute to the improvement of our customer care experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
