The role of a Business Expert is to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of financial services. We seek an experienced professional with a background in I.T. who can analyze business challenges, map processes, and identify business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Product Manager, Project Manager, and SMEs to clarify scope and requirements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to design, test, and implement solutions.
  • Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of UML diagrams, SDLC, and delivery framework.
  • Proficient in EXCEL (pivot tables, basic formula), Jira, and Confluence.
