We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Digital Doors Software Solutions. Inc.
About the Position:
- This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to the growth of our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of business processes and customer dynamics.
- They will also possess a working knowledge of productivity software and experience in sales or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business consultant, identifying customer needs and providing expert advice and guidance on product solutions.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through zoning, cold calling, networking and social media.
- Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities).
Requirements:
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- College level or higher.
- Knowledge/experience with productivity software (ERP, POS, HRIS, Accounting).
- Experience in sales (software/hardware) or similar role.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
